CAPTAIN
Meet captain Maja
Maja Ercegović is one of the few female captains in Croatia, and her journey to the helm of Moja Maja is nothing short of inspiring.
From a young age, she was immersed in the world of sailing, learning the ropes from her father and developing a deep connection with the sea. At 18, she earned her first maritime license, and by 25, she was captaining the ship on her own. With over 20 years of experience, Maja is a true master of her craft.
And the most beautiful thing is that the ship is completly built by her father. For ten years, he poured his heart and soul into the ship, using the finest oak and mahogany, and crafting every detail by hand. The result was Moja Maja, a vessel that would become a symbol of his legacy.
Named after his daughter.
