The Privacy Act General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been in force for the entire European Union since 25 May 2018. Internationally, the law is called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We understand the concerns about how data can be stored, transmitted and used by companies. We ensure that we comply with all laws and regulations of the GDPR. You can be confident that we will take the appropriate measures to protect your data.

What information about you do we keep?
The information we keep depends on your interaction with us. If you make a booking with us, we will require more information than we would if you are only requesting information from us. Depending on your contact with us, we may request the following information from you: personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number, identity document details and travel preferences.
If your request leads to a booking, we will keep your data, if contact go no further than your  request for information we have no reason to keep your data.

When do we share your personal data?
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary for the execution of your booking.
We will of course share your name and any dietary wishes or other special request you may have with the ship you charter. 

How do we store your personal data?

All of your data will be kept offline. And the emails are storraged in a special archive confirm GDPR rules.
